According to Doctor of Biological Sciences Sergey Vladimirovich Speransky, spanking (whipping) therapy - voluntary flogging - can help a large number of people in the treatment of severe depression, alcohol addiction, the consequences of heart attacks, strokes and a number of other diseases. The book is written in a lively, accessible language, aimed at a wide range of readers.
From the publisher
A scene from a Georgian movie: two aksakals are talking at a feast table. One of them is pouring pepper into his plate. Mechanically, oblivious to what he is doing, he pours and pours, pours and pours... The viewer is already beginning to worry: how will it end? But there is a pause in the conversation, and the aksakal realizes what he is doing. Then he, uh... starts sprinkling pepper many times more intensely than before.
I remembered this scene while reading the manuscript of Speransky's book "Whipping therapy". Already the title of the book sets the mood for a sharp polemic, and when reading the text itself, the polemical heat is constantly increasing. A spicy dish! Some will agree with the author, others will resent the many challenges to familiar, established ideas. But I am sure that no one will be bored reading this book and that there will be people who will be motivated by it to take action.
"Svetlitsa" Publishing House is ready to take the fire on itself. I have no doubt that there will be a barrage of fire. But I also have no doubt that the book will reach the people who need it.

Sergey Vladimirovich Speransky - Doctor of Biological Sciences, full member of the European Academy of Natural Sciences (EAEN).
He worked at the Novosibirsk Research Institute of Hygiene for more than 35 years. He has about a hundred scientific works. He defended two dissertations (candidate and doctoral) on hygienic toxicology. During all his scientific activity, in addition to works on toxicology, he was engaged in problems of bioenergy in informatics in an unusual aspect: experiments on human-animal interaction. He developed and applied a method of testing healers (bioenergy therapists) in experiments on white mice.
Since 1994 he has led the ENIO Club, whose profile is "Everything that was not taught in school" and whose motto is "We are interested in those who are interested in interesting things" (Zinaida Gippius). In 2004 he published a monograph "Yes, Soon!" devoted to research in the field of bioenergetics. The book "Whipping therapy" is not a continuation of it, but it is related to it in many ways. Both books complement each other and together present the author's scientific and philosophical views, his ideology.

This is a book I published here for a reason. First of all, I've been looking for it for a long time. And when I found it, I read it cover to cover. Secondly, I thought she might be able to help someone else with their illnesses. Well, and thirdly, I decided to keep a diary of sorts here, using the book as a guide to action. If you have already read the book in the original, you will have realized that it is about flogging as a means of curing many diseases, and above all of a mental nature (depression, alcohol and drug addiction). And this is what I decided to practice on myself to cure a long-standing but very bad disease (I don't want to say which one).
Hi, Gerald! I wanted to ask you a question completely unrelated to flogging. Can you respond to me here in a comment?
However, I do not suffer from mental illnesses. But internal diseases have not passed me by. After all, I am already 60+. And there is one that has been tormenting me for a long time, which periodically makes itself known. So much so that I have to take antispasmodics and painkillers. When I was diagnosed with this several years ago, the doctor said that this disease often ends in cancer. I wouldn't want that. Considering that in my country there is practically no medicine for the poor, I decided to try to cure myself using the method of Dr. S. Speransky. So, I have the book, and I have the determination. All that's left is to start (by the way, I started a long time ago, it's already been two months). But for this, you need to decide on the tool for the treatment procedures. And Dr. Speransky suggests using only the rod (switch/birch), although he does not forbid the use of other devices. The fact is that the birch is a pretty gentle tool if used in moderation. The birch only damage the surface of the body, the skin. Even if it's bloody, it's okay! It's a quick healer. A belt, whip, or paddle strikes deep, leaving behind bruises, hematomas and damaged muscles. So I decided to settle on the birching.
